Due to the personalized and high-value nature of our vehicles, Redpariz does not offer general returns or exchanges on vehicles once the sale is complete. We encourage you to carefully review the specifications, features, and options of your chosen model before making a purchase.
However, in the rare event that you encounter an issue with your vehicle or experience an exceptional circumstance, we are committed to providing you with the best possible resolution, in line with our warranty and customer service policies.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales of vehicles at Redpariz are final. Once you have finalized your purchase agreement and taken delivery of your vehicle, the sale is considered complete, and returns or exchanges are not permitted. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of the vehicles we offer, including personalized configurations, colors, and features selected at the time of purchase.
3. Warranty and Defects
If your vehicle has a defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our vehicles come with a comprehensive warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. For customers who have placed an order for a customized vehicle, please note that due to the personalized nature of these orders, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted. We recommend that you review your custom vehicle specifications carefully before placing your order.
